  • How do I return my order?
    You may return your order for a refund or replacement to our affiliates store within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting their returns page. We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your goods. If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with an order contact us within 72 hours of receiving goods. Please note we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. Items that have been printed, washed, decorated and masks which are final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • How do I take advantage of tax exemptions?
    Unfortunately, as a traditional e-retailers, our affiliates do not support tax exemptions. We recommend purchasing through an apparel wholesaler to better meet your exemption needs.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Please note BrainBeautyBrawn and affiliates are not responsible for stolen packages.
  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    As soon as you place your order, our affiliates processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the affiliates return page if you wish to submit a return authorization once your order has been received. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
  • How do I take advantage of bulk discounting?
    To deliver the most competitive, every day low prices to our customers, we now offer reduced prices on eligible sale items automatically, regardless of cart size. Sale prices are displayed directly on our affiliates site. Buy more, save more is still our motto! Eligible bulk orders are automatically discounted in cart and at the discretion of our affiliates. Unlike before, sale items may actually be eligible for additional bulk discounts, but at a maximum rate that factors in any reduced pricing that has already been applied. Closeout prices will be noted on product pages, are not eligible for additional bulk discounts, and are final sale.
  • I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
    Although we strive for perfection, BrainBeautyBrawn and affiliates are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team or our affiliates via phone or email so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.   • Where can I find product sizing information?
    Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found on each affiliates product detail pages. Notify affiliate if you need assistance.
  • Why did I only receive part of my order?
    Don't worry, it's on its way! While our affiliates do their best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service or theirs for assistance.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    BrainBeautyBrawn and affiliates accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    Orders can only be placed through our website and our affiliate websites. We are unable to accept orders over the phone.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our hours of operations are 24x7x365. In order to better support the needs of our customers, we will now be available for phone support from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday -Friday. Please note that our Chat support is also available Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • How long will it take to get my refund?
    Our affiliate warehouses typically takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
